Our staff takes great pride in providing a caring and trusting environment for all of our patients. Our dedicated team combines for over 75 years of orthodontic experience. They recognize the importance of establishing a strong relationship with the patient and are committed to putting the patients’ needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment.

Our staff will work together with you to ensure a pleasant and professional experience while achieving the best results possible.

	Amber is our Scheduling Coordinator you will see her at the front desk when you first walk into our office. She is a current patient of Dr. Pond’s. She loves the atmosphere and the easy going staff and patients at Pond Orthodontics. In her free time she loves hanging out with her husband Hisham and their two year old daughter Addison.
	Amanda is an Orthodontic Assistant at Pond Ortho she is X-ray certified and was a patient of Dr. Pond’s 10 years ago. She has been married for 6 years and loves spending time with her husband and their dog Dolce. Amanda’s favorite thing about Pond Ortho is the fun staff.
	Brittiney is the Treatment Coordinator at Dr. Pond’s you will see her as a new patient. She is x-ray certified and enjoys the fun friendly atmosphere of the office; the best thing about her job is creating the patient contests and decorating the office! Brittiney and her husband Brett just bought a new home in Brookville and enjoy working out at the Kleptz YMCA and relaxing by their pool!
	Claudia has been our financial Coordinator for 10 years and enjoys working with a great staff. She and her husband are Vandalia residents and love spending time with their children and grandchildren. Claudia also enjoys gardening, antiquing and decorating.
	Emily is an Orthodontic Assistant she is x-ray certified. Emily loves the fun staff and meeting the families that come to the office. She will be newly married July of 2010 to her fiancé Robbie and they will be moving into their new home in Huber Heights!
	Missy is an Certified Orthodontic Assistant she is x-ray certified and is a current patient of Dr. Pond’s she has been married for almost 23 years and has two great kids who were also patients of Dr. Pond. Missy enjoys working with teenagers at her church and loves the interaction with her patients and being a part of helping create great smiles!
	Randi is an Orthodontic Assistant she is x-ray certified she loves the modern atmosphere at Pond Ortho. In her spare time she enjoys hanging out with her boyfriend and playing with her dog.
	Wanda is a Certified Orthodontic Assitant and also certified to take x-rays. Wanda loves being a part of our patients’ smile transformations and believes this is truly a rewarding profession. Wanda and her husband Mark have two boys Brennin and Briley. Wanda is also an avid runner she participates in 1/2 marathons and 10K's.
